Experience

Adam’s professional career began as a VonLehman co-op nearly 28 years ago and today he is the President of the firm. His peers and clients alike, attest that the largest strides in his career are not a product of his successes as an accountant, but from his partnerships in the community as a trusted advisor. It is one thing to become an expert in a given field, but to find a passion that fuels a career is a true measure of success. Adam perceives success as the ability to create and grow mutually beneficial, longstanding relationships. The result is a partnership that strengthens and diversifies our region.

As an auditor by trade, Adam oversees a range of audit and attestation services, specializing in the nonprofit, governmental, financial institutions, and manufacturing and distribution industries. He previously served as the firm’s Director of Assurance Services, and currently sits on the firm’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Adam has participated in several leadership programs, including Leadership Northern Kentucky through the NKY Chamber, and was previously named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty under 40”. Under Adam’s leadership, the assurance team is held accountable as true advisors, being urged to go above and beyond compliance services in an effort to become trusted partners for their clients. Adam is eager to apply this leadership vision to the firm as a whole – to continue VonLehman’s legacy of success through innovation and exceptional client service.

When it comes to personal interests, Adam prioritizes time spent with his family. He also enjoys traveling and is an avid golfer.
