  • Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Manage multiple client engagements in a variety of industries ensuring engagement objectives are met, and guide and review audit work papers
  • Consult, work with, and service client base to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement and serve as a business advisor to clients
  • Conduct technical research and document to support conclusion
  • Prepare review notes and train staff
  • Manage, train, mentor and develop staff
  • Plan audit engagements including staffing, budgeting and billing
  • Stay current on accounting, financial, regulatory and industry developments, and implement new standards and technical pronouncements


  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business with a strong emphasis in accounting
  • CPA
  • Expert knowledge of audit standards and quality controls
  • Financial statement audit experience of privately held companies
  • Staff supervisory experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and budgets
  • Proactively pursue professional development activities
