Business Valuation Director

VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm is looking for a Business Valuation Director. The Business Valuation Director will oversee and lead the efforts in the services we provide to our clients in regards to:

  • Estate, gift and trust planning
  • Buy/sell agreements between owners of businesses
  • Shareholder disputes
  • Divorce proceedings

  • Lead, supervise, and develop the Business Valuation team
  • Mentor, coach and train the team
  • Lead business valuation related research, analysis and modeling
  • Actively pursue new clients
  • Successfully integrate the strategy of the firm
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients of the firm
  • Strengthen client relationships to exceed client satisfaction
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines


  • Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred
  • ASA Accredited Senior Appraiser and/or CVA Certified Valuation Analyst strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge and business acumen
  • 8+ years’ experience in providing business valuation services required
  • Broad business valuation experience
  • Proven ability to manage a team on varying size projects
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Experience with transfer pricing studies and providing expert testimony is a plus
