Opportunities

We offer Accounting Majors co-op opportunities with valuable hands-on experience in a wide array of accounting functions. At VonLehman, co-ops learn tax, audit and accounting best practices for a variety of industries. Co-ops often participate in client on-site audits in their first several weeks of employment. In addition, we offer a "Co-op Promotion Bonus" for co-op students who are promoted to staff.

Support

VonLehman encourages graduates to become CPAs. We support their efforts by paying the CPA exam fees, travel expenses and a bonus of up to $3,000 upon passing the CPA exam.

The VonLehman culture is one of balance. Work hard, yet remained balanced. The leadership team not only speaks of balance, but lives it by example. To that end, the firm supports a Young Professionals Group, offering various social activities for our younger associates.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)– client facing professionals with more than five years relevant experience enjoy unlimited PTO.  Other team members earn as many as 200 hours per year.
