Responsibilities

  • Function as the strategic Human Capital Advisor to firm leadership
  • Create, direct and execute the firm’s training program
  • Coach, advise, and train staff toward a culture of strong talent development
  • Provide strategic expertise related to recruiting, retention, and succession planning
  • Manage firm’s performance management systems
  • Guide and facilitate work force planning objectives and recruitment programs
  • Participate in the firm’s diversity initiatives
  • Develop compensation and benefits programs to ensure the firm is competitive in the market
  • Provide leadership and guidance on personnel issues
  • Manages the HRIS system and recommend other technology solutions to support the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ related HR experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services environment
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree program
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of applicable federal, state and local labor laws
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to develop and recommend HR processes and improvements
