Human Resource leaders are always being asked to predict the future. While this is nearly impossible, we are already seeing key trends in 2022. The Great Resignation has spilled into the new year and organizations continue to put emphasis on their employees’ wellbeing to retain and recruit talent.

Hear from industry leaders on trends that they expect to stick around for the remainder of the year and learn:

  • The importance of mental health awareness and services in the workplace
  • How to get feedback from employees on what is important to them for benefits and how to work to get a broad selection to meet employees where they are
  • What leadership styles or approaches have changed this last year? If so, what changes were made and what were the outcomes?
  • How other organizations are offering highly coveted services to enhance an employer’s existing benefits, to retain and attract top talent
  • It has been said that hybrid work can exacerbate diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging challenges. How have you seen organizations work to encourage diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging?

Panelists will include:

  • Sarah Clay Leyshock, Partner, Taft Law
  • Jessica Esterkamp, Vice President of Corporate Development, Matrix Cos.
  • Julie Mueller, President and Chief Executive Officer, Custom Design Benefits, Inc.
  • Debby Routt, Chief People Experience Officer, Marathon Health
