Employment uncertainty applies to both employees and employers. While we have been using terms like “the great resignation”, not all industries are facing the same struggles. Many candidates are qualified, however, not equip to re-enter to job market due to incarceration or time away from the job market. Alternatively, many employers don’t have a way to connect with these candidates to provide them job opportunities.
