With any new change in tax law, there are areas of confusion and the possibility of misinterpretation. Most recently, the passing of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act in 2017 opened up the first set of Opportunity Zones, an economic stimulus for investment in low income communities. These regulations are so new, and people understandably have many questions. How do I take advantage of these opportunities? Where do I begin?
