The world of mergers and acquisitions has a number of variables that contribute to the complexity of the business. Tax and valuation are two of these which require experts to help guide both buyers and sellers through the transactions.

On Wednesday, January 20th, we presented on the due diligence, deal structure, reporting and valuation of the mergers and acquisitions world. Victor Evans, Tax Department Lead, Bryan Setz, Business Valuation Director, and Keith Carlson, Managing Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, did a concise breakdown of the importance of these variables throughout the buying and selling process and answered questions from attendees.
