Consulting Manager (Human Capital Practice) - Northern Kentucky

Job description

The Consulting Manager works in collaboration with clients and the consulting team to successfully analyze, advise, plan, design, implement and ensure excellence in professional services. As a working member of practice leadership, this person must be able to balance strong billable productivity along with driving the strategic growth of the practice. This currently involves the design and delivery of management consulting related to: Recruitment, Transformation, HC Technology, and HR Services.   

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  • Ensures excellent quality and on-time deliverables while maintaining a 50% billable goal.
  • Profitably manages projects within scope and to the benefit of the client relationship. Attentive to client needs and addresses opportunities for delivering future value-added services.
  • Streamlines work-flow and assigns work based on capability, capacity and client benefit. Updates to methodologies and template deliverables to benefit efficiency are expected.
  • Works with Director to define performance objectives for team and coaches to ensure success.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 8+ years of consulting experience, preferably management consulting
  • Knowledgeable in delivery of human capital professional services: Recruitment, Transformation, HC Technology, HR Services
  • Experience in successful design and implementation of change programs with various organization sizes
  • Bachelors or Masters in related field.
  • Strong network - able to increase leads and sales for the practice

Audit Senior - Northern Kentucky & Indianapolis

Basic Function:

  • Responsible for taking charge of an engagement, supervising staff and delivering a final product to the manager or senior manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • BA or BS with a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiar with applicable accounting software, including proficiency with Microsoft Windows

Tax Senior - Northern Kentucky & Indianapolis

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)– client facing professionals with more than five years relevant experience enjoy unlimited PTO.  Other team members earn as many as 200 hours per year.
