Natalie has over 10 years of human resources management experience, with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, coaching and development, employee engagement, and organizational design. She believes that people are a company’s greatest asset. During her prior tenure, Natalie has worked with privately held for-profit companies, nonprofits, and the government in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and professional services.
She has a Master of Science degree, and has earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification. Natalie is passionate about creating organizational efficiencies, by partnering with leadership and key stakeholders, that allow employees to do their best work and in turn, aid in the overall success of the organization.
