Natalie has over 9 years of human resources management experience, with a focus on workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, coaching and development, employee engagement, and organizational design. She believes that people are a company’s greatest asset. Natalie is passionate about creating organizational efficiencies by partnering with leadership and key stakeholders that allow employees to do their best work and in turn, aid in the overall success of the organization.
Natalie has a Master’s of Science degree, and has earned her Professional in Human Resources Certification. During her prior tenure, Natalie has worked with privately held for-profit companies, nonprofits, and the government in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Born and raised a Cincinnatian, Natalie recently moved to the Columbus area where her fiancé is from.
