VonLehman Launches M&A Advisory Practice

With the continued uptick in the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) market, VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm has launched an M&A Advisory Group. Keith Carlson, a former Director with Silverstone Capital Advisors, joins the firm as the Director of M&A Advisory Services. Leveraging the bench strength of a full-service firm with more than 120 employees, Carlson will partner with Emir Hodzic to offer a full-fledged service not commonly found within an accounting firm.

Carlson brings over 13 years of experience in M&A (selling and buying businesses), corporate finance, strategy, and capital markets to VonLehman. He is highly skilled in the areas of deal structuring, company positioning, transaction consequences, transaction risk mitigation, negotiations, due diligence, and financial analysis and modeling. Since 2005, Carlson has participated in more than 50 acquisitions, sales, financings, and recapitalizations as an investor and investment banker.
