VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm announced the promotion of Deirdre Bird to Director of Human Resources Consulting. As Director, she leads a team of four consultants specialized in providing HR management and consulting solutions for clients, including talent acquisition and retention strategies, HR strategic planning and succession services, compensation design, and transformation and organizational design consulting.

Bird has accumulated over 20 years of experience providing human resources and management consultation for local companies including: Western & Southern Financial Group, The Cincinnati Enquirer, and Gannett Co., Inc.
