Emir Hodzic joined VonLehman in 2004. He is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Executive Committee focusing his practice on closely-held businesses and middle-market companies. Hodzic specializes in mergers and acquisitions where he helps companies understand the tax structure of both buying and selling.
