VonLehman is proud to announce that Chief Operating Officer, Patty Kautz, is a finalist for Cincinnati Business Courier’s C-Suite Awards for 2017. The C-Suite Awards honor the region’s leading chief executive officers, chief operating officers, and information and financial officers. The top executives whose leadership and skills have helped shape their companies will be honored, and winners will be announced at the August 17th awards event. The criteria for the C-Suite Award is based on the individual’s invaluable contributions to their organization and the region, as well as their personal leadership characteristics that cultivate a thriving and progressive community. The group of 35 finalists in four categories was chosen by outside judges.
Patty was nominated for her exceptional leadership and effective, transparent communication. Patty treats all VonLehman employees like partners, and values their opinions while encouraging them to contrubute innovative thoughts and leadership.
