Becky brings over 20 years of human resources and recruiting experience to our team, with specialization in talent management, including workforce planning, performance management, employee development, employee engagement, and compensation. In her former roles, she gained a wealth of experience in the professional services industry.

Previous HR leadership experience:

  • HR Director for a $50M professional Services organization with 250 people throughout the United States.
  • Ohio HR Director for a Big 4 consulting organization supporting over 700 technology professionals.
  • Recruiter for executive level hires representing clients on a retained basis across multiple industries.

Becky is passionate about assisting businesses in tailoring their human resource approach to align with the organizational strategy and create personalized experiences for individual employees.
