Experience

Karen’s motivation stems from her ability to identify and create system and process efficiencies for her clients. As a manager in the firm’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice, she builds relationships through education and problem solving efforts that earn the trust and confidence of her clients. Karen especially enjoys projects that challenge her to determine how a system or process can be put in place to track data and turn that data into timely and relevant information for business decision making.

In providing a myriad of accounting services to companies in the manufacturing and distribution sector for over 30 years, Karen has established herself as a specialized industry professional. She utilizes her depth of knowledge in the industry to find creative solutions for her clients. She uses proven ways to lean processes and incorporate efficiency to manage business growth with limited growth in resources.

Outside of her client relationships, Karen spends as much time as possible with her family. She also enjoys reading and cooking, and is somewhat of a true crime buff, consuming shows and podcasts.
