Kelsea specializes in audit services for nonprofits, manufacturing & distribution companies, and employee benefit plans. She has a passion for really getting to know clients, and consulting on emerging issues their company or organization is facing. A true partner, Kelsea enjoys responding to calls and questions throughout the year.

Kelsea is motivated by the ever-present challenges in her focus areas. She’s a born problem solver, and assisting others makes her work fulfilling. There is no greater joy than helping solve client problems on any scale personally or professionally. She finds it rewarding when she can research new situations, providing her clients with the answers they need while also expanding her knowledge base.

She makes professional growth a priority and has become an expert by attending a variety of industry specific trainings, completing research, and working on clients with diverse business platforms, enabling her to proactively approach her client’s needs rather than react to a situation that has already occurred. For Kelsea, the biggest reward in working with clients are the relationships she builds and the problems she is able to solve.

Kelsea’s differentiator is timeliness and communication. She contacts her clients multiple times throughout the year to ensure their needs are being met within the appropriate timelines. Kelsea knows a client should never just be contacted in preparation of future engagements, because as trusted business advisors we want to ensure success for every single one of our clients.

Outside the office, Kelsea spends time with her husband and two children, and loves traveling, dancing, and finding small towns to explore shops and hit up local restaurants.
