Ryan Redleski

Experience

Ryan takes a proactive approach to tax consultation by exploring the range of options available to his clients instead of focusing on their limitations. He views public accounting as a service and is always ready to accommodate a client’s financial needs.

In 2015, Ryan joined the VonLehman team where he specializes in tax services for manufacturing and distribution companies. Within the Manufacturing and Distribution (M&D) Industry, he focuses on multidirectional foreign owned subsidiaries, international transactions, and individual international taxation. Ryan is a member of the firm’s Tax Services subcommittee, the International Client Services subcommittee, and serves on the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Service Group Executive Committee.

Ryan fosters positive relationships with his clients through his consulting of their closely-held businesses, providing clients with business advisory services.  When a client encounters a barrier, Ryan researches the issue and determines viable solutions with the best possible client outcomes.  He utilizes his current tax knowledge and keeps current on evolving tax law to ensure VonLehman clients are minimizing their tax burdens.

Ryan’s involvement outside of work aligns with his passion for serving others, health, and exercise.  As the previous treasurer and now, current, President of the Lincoln W. Pavey Educational Foundation, Ryan is grateful to those who have helped him along the way and vested in the foundation’s future success.  Additionally, he has served on JDRF committees and participated in fundraising events to promote a greater awareness for Type 1 Diabetes.
