  • Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Lead complex tax engagements, ensuring engagement objectives are met, and guide and review  work papers
  • Review complex tax returns, M-1, multiple states, international issues, and resolve complicated tax issues
  • Collaborate on tax planning projects, and acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations and restructuring
  • Consult, work with, and service client base to serve as a business advisor to clients
  • Conduct technical research and document to support conclusion
  • Manage, train, mentor and develop staff
  • Plan tax engagements, including staffing, budgeting and billing
  • Stay current on regulatory and industry developments and implement new standards and technical pronouncements


  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business with a strong emphasis in accounting
  • CPA
  • Expert tax knowledge
  • Staff supervisory experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and budgets
  • Proactively pursue professional development activities


  • 5+ years of related tax experience
