Mental Health and Our Industry Panel Discussion (Allied Construction Industries)

VonLehman is proud to partner with Allied Construction Industries on another virtual event. This panel discussion, featuring our own Deirdre Bird and Natalie Thompson, will answer questions and shed light on how mental health issues are becoming more common in the construction industry during this time of uncertainty. We all can relate to our “normal” lives being disrupted during this pandemic (from working from home, some folks not working at all, limited interactions with peers, friends, family). We hope to discuss how to help employees cope with what the new normal will look like in the coming weeks and months as we transition back into the workplace.
