Effective business execution requires the right people with the right talent at the right time. In today’s war for talent within the construction industry, most businesses fail to address their talent strategy in their planning and without it, their business and financial plans are useless. In addition to talent strategy, recruitment and retention are two factors in which each organization needs to take time to invest. Successfully engaging employees requires leaders to be intentional about moving the needle. However, how do you engage employees to make sure they are committed to your mission and its success?
Join us on Tuesday, May 7th as we take a deeper dive into these hot topics. Deirdre Bird, Director of HR Consulting Services at VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm, will discuss best practices for contractors and construction business owners to engage and retain your employees, bettering your workforce. Mike Lantz, President and Founder of ML Talent Strategies, will unpack the key elements to building a world-class TalentDNA inside your organization that will attract top talent and put you on the path to winning the war for talent.
