VonLehman CPA & Advisory Firm announced Nick Ciaccio as the new leader of the firm’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Group. A native of Cincinnati, Ciaccio joins VonLehman with over 20 years of experience, largely senior management roles, in accounting and finance departments for small S-corps and private LLCs to highly complex private equity-owned companies.
“We are extremely fortunate to add a professional with Nick’s depth of expertise,” said, Brian Malthouse, Managing Partner at VonLehman. “This move is timely, as our CAAS service niche is experiencing tremendous growth. Nick has an impressive resume and the ideal blend of leadership qualities necessary to advance our CAAS Group through a combination of proactive and innovative practices.”
Nick previously served as VP of accounting for a major publisher as well as CFO for one of the largest independent advertising agencies in Cincinnati. As the founder of 12|21 Financial Consulting Group, Nick served a diverse clientele spanning numerous industries. Now, as the leader of the firm’s CAAS Group, Nick will leverage his regional network and specialized expertise to grow VonLehman’s outsourced accounting practice.
“The opportunity to lead VonLehman’s CAAS Group is a challenge I’m very much looking forward to,” said Ciaccio. “The one constant throughout my career has been relationship building, and I know VonLehman prides itself on their longstanding relationships with regional businesses, as well as their reputation for exceptional client service. I’m looking forward to collaborating with our talented team to innovate our services.”
While the nearly 20-person CAAS team advises businesses and organizations across many industries, the group specializes in assisting small and mid-size businesses. With COVID-19 affecting businesses throughout our region, this talent investment is, in part, a response to the community’s needs. The CAAS Group provides a wide array of distinct services that address specific accounting and financial needs for businesses across our region’s most prominent markets. These services include controllership, bookkeeping, payment processing, consulting, accounting assistance, and more.
