Dan Kraft joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a local accounting firm in Cincinnati, OH. He graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Taxation, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dan specializes in partnering with business owners’ and their closely-held companies ranging in revenues from $1 to $80 million. He teams with the business owners to understand their goals and objectives to create a tax efficient business structure amidst an ever-changing tax environment. He specializes in the taxation of flow-through entities such as S-Corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and the tax impact on the shareholders, partners and members. He is experienced in a broad range of industries but specializes in construction and real estate and not-for-profit entities. His tax experience has been especially helpful to clients when reviewing entity structuring alternatives. He has the ability to explain complex tax issues in layman’s terms to clients.
