Dan Kraft joined VonLehman & Company Inc. in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for a local accounting firm in Cincinnati, OH. He graduated from University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Taxation, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dan specializes in partnering with business owners’ and their closely-held companies ranging in revenues from $1 to $80 million. He teams with the business owners to understand their goals and objectives to create a tax-efficient business structure amidst an ever-changing tax environment. He specializes in the taxation of flow-through entities such as S-Corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and the tax impact on the shareholders, partners and members. He is experienced in a broad range of industries but specializes in construction and real estate and nonprofit entities. His tax experience has been especially helpful to clients when reviewing entity structuring alternatives. He has the ability to explain complex tax issues in layman’s terms to clients.
